Title:Gaze-based human-computer interaction

Description: Provides examples, experiences and design guidelines for using eye-gaze in human-computer interaction. Covers theory and methods as well as applications and experiences. See the web page for more detailed description. Has been given 3 times: a tutorial at NordiCHI 2004 and IUI 2005, an intensive course at Politecnico di Torino, April 2005.

Description: Contains several subtopics, the quest lecture can contain all or some only some of the themes: gaze-based interaction (194 slides, worth 360 minutes of lectures), ubiquitous computing (88 slides, 270 minutes), tangible user interfaces (95 slides, 180 minutes), interacting with large spaces and displays (56 slides, 90 minutes), interacting with small devices, can lecture. Based on a course given in UTA yearly.

Title: Designing Eye-Gaze Interaction: Supporting Tasks and Interaction Techniques

Credits: 3 ECTS credits for the full course.
Description: Contains several topics. Will examine how user needs and tasks can be mapped on particular ways of designing gaze-based interaction. This will cover traditional desktop applications as well as 3D virtual communities and on-line games. Exercises will be a main part of the course.
